Returns

- Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging.
- Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty or an error was made on our part.
Spelling Errors
- We engrave exactly what is entered at the time of order.
- We are not responsible for customer spelling mistakes, typos, or incorrect details provided during checkout. Please double-check all information before confirming your order.
- If a mistake is made on our end, we’ll happily replace or refund the item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
Postage & Delivery
- We do not guarantee specific delivery dates due to postal delays or issues beyond our control.
- If your order is time-sensitive, please allow extra time or contact us to see if express delivery is available.
